Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders are sent free UPS ground shipping. For 2 day or overnight orders, there is an additional charge.  

For international orders, a flat rate will be added for shipping and any applicable duty rates as well.

RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns for pieces in original condition within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or credit. Please email hello@sarahmagid.com for a return invoice. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  

TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELS!

To keep your pieces looking as great as the day you got them, avoid elements that can wear on the platings, such as perfume, body oils, water, soap, or sunscreen. Over time, these can break down the finish on the jewelry, so put your jewelry on once these are absorbed in the skin. To preserve your jewelry, store it in a jewelry roll or the sealed bag it arrived in. 

DAMAGE & REPAIRS

We stand by the quality of our jewelry. To request a repair please email hello@sarahmagid.com with a description of the problem. 

DONT PARTY TOO HARD WITH OUR JEWELS ON!

Please note that we use natural stones that are delicate and will crack/break on contact with a hard surface, dropped or thrown. 

We are not responsible for broken or cracked stones coming from wear + tear. However, these can be replaced at the customer's expense since they have to be re-set by hand.

Please take extra precaution with all stone cones!
