Sarah Magid is an organic baker based in Brooklyn, NY. She bakes custom organic cakes and sweets for weddings, parties, corporate events, and for all those who have a sweet tooth.
She grew up in a sunny beachtown in California where her love of nature, the ocean, and picking fruit from her backyard continue to inspire her. From fashion to food, her background in fine art, history, and sculpture influence all her designs. She has ten years experience designing shoes and jewelry for top fashion companies such as Tommy Hilfiger, J. Crew, Frye Boots, Liz Claiborne, Henri Bendel, among others. A mom of two young children, she believes in eating organic food, having a sweet daily, and playing monster in the park.
Her book with Harpercollins will be published June 2009.
